Basic, compact room but comfortable and clean. Had such a good sleep! Tea/coffee/water complimentary. Staff were so helpful especially the lady who was there during the evening. Location was perfect near the lake.

Free parking at the hotel is a real bonus and the location is fantastic - you pop out of the back of the hotel straight onto the river. We stayed there for Ironman Vichy and the staff were super nice and helpful - even providing breakfast at 4am! We even got a little gift from the staff after the race ❤️

Location is great and good size for a quick 24hr stop. Free parking although it's limited.

It was as expected from an Ibis hotel, the room was clean the staff were friendly and the breakfast was OK
